As hard as I can to be the best that I can. 06/25/2009

What's stopping you from greatness?  What is pulling at you, slowing you, standing in your way?  Circumstances and failures come at us and we simply accept them and allow them to control our lives and stop us from accomplishing the plan God has for our lives.  You must fight for the greatness that can be your life.  What is your greatness?  You may never win a championship or become famous.  Greatness for you may be paying your bills, providing for your family, raising your kids or living for God one day at a time.  You can achieve this if you "try as hard as you can to be the best that you can."  All that we do we do for God's glory.  Christ gave his all for us.  Now it is time for us to strive with all our hearts to be the men and women that God wants us to become.  No matter the cost.

Heb 12:1-4

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. 2 We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God's throne. 3 Think of all the hostility he endured from sinful people; then you won't become weary and give up. 4 After all, you have not yet given your lives in your struggle against sin

You can achieve this if you "try as hard as you can to be the best that you can.".
